On the day of tryouts, we will form teams,  but do not expect commitments from families at that time. If your child is selected for one of our club teams, a contract will be presented on July 17th. Contracts will be presented for ALL players (new and returning) on July 18th and 19th. Contracts will then need to be signed and returned within 24 hours to ensure your players' spot on the team they are selected for. Verbals may only be given to players prior to July 18th, 2023. The contracts go over the commitment to CSAVBC, payments/payment schedule, and refunds.

In addition to signing the contract, you must pay your deposit amount in full. Payments are accepted via check, cash, or credit card. 

The deposit fee will go toward the total overall fees owed for the season. Specific season fees can be found HERE and vary based on the age group and team level. Also, please select the PDF below for an example contract.
